For my work at Code & Theory with Henry Schein—a leading American distributor of healthcare products and services we were tasked with a comprehensive digital rebranding of their expansive e-commerce site. We focused on creating an organized and user-friendly platform that enhances the customer journey across 33 countries.

Given the vast scale and complexity of the site, we navigated numerous challenges, including a multitude of pages and a comprehensive user profile and account dashboard. Our goal was to streamline navigation and ensure an intuitive experience for users while maintaining robust functionality.

Additionally, to create cohesion with its sister brand, Kent Express, we developed an intricate design system that aligns both websites in a 1:1 structure. This approach allowed us to uphold the distinct brand guidelines of each while ensuring a seamless visual and user experience.

From illustration to web design and comprehensive design systems, our work encompassed all facets of rebranding. The result is a polished, cohesive, and user-centric platform that reinforces Henry Schein’s commitment to quality and service in the healthcare industry.
